【夢にまで見てた… (2008-09-07)】
戦前ブルースを聞き出した頃、一発でハマリ、あらゆるコンピを揃え、全録音がドキュメントから発売された時、仕事を休み買いに行き、その後はP-VINEからもドキュメントと同ソースの3枚組が発売され、その時は予約購入し…結局は我が家にはダブリまくりのパットンだらけ(笑)そして月日は過ぎ、遂に夢の様な形で、もはやこれは俺自身の財産だ!!音質もクリアーになり、文句のつけようの無い、まさに歴史的作品だと思う!!! |
【世界遺産級のボックスセット (2006-04-27)】
文句の付けようがまったくありません。造り手の愛情が溢れた素晴らしいボックスです。流石!デルタブルースの帝王と呼ばれるだけあって、戦前ブルースマンの中でここまで破格な扱いを受ける理由も納得してしまいます。購入する際に迷いはまったくありませんでしたが値段が高額なだけにお金を貯めるまでに少し時間が掛かりました。おまけにチャーリー・パットンを信仰していたジョン・フェヒィの研究書まで付いてるなんて涙が止まりません。これは世界遺産級のボックスセットに間違いありません! |
【持ってても買い（？） (2005-03-02)】
持ってても買い、ですか。戦前のカントリー・ブルースが好きだと、ドキュメントのいつ果てるともしれないリリースを根気よくフォローし続けるだけの熱意があればまだしも、自分のようなヘタレには荷が重過ぎるし、かと言って、持ってるＣＤを聞き続けるだけというのも味気ない。そんな中途半端な輩の物欲を見事満たしてくれるアイテムです。「ブルース＆ソウル」の紹介記事ではＰーｖｉｎｅのコンプリートよりすこし音質が落ちるというようなことが書いてあった記憶がありますが、ｊｓｐの五枚組みとおなじような音質だと思いました。まあ音質うんぬんより、物欲が200％満たされる逸品です。僕は迷わず購入しました。 |
