【Heard it in the book store (2007-05-09)】
Don't expect this to be a collection of top opera stars. It is Sarah Brightman. And it is a great Sarah Brightman. At first it seems relaxing. However you can get caught up in the music and find that instead of backgrounds music you are listening to Sarah. A real plus is the fact that all the tracks fit together; you are not going to find the odd track that has horns or drums. I am not going to go through the list or the technical of this CD. Let's just say that it is well worth the price. |

【良いのですが (2003-08-22)】
単純に彼女の素晴らしい唄声を聞いて、サラ万歳！と賞賛するのが「是」だという方なら、それはそれで良いので、このコメントは参考にしないで下さい。曲それぞれに対して、彼女なりにその曲の唄い手として「染まっている」のか、多少疑問を感じずにはいられません。（この手はカラスが得意とする点ではないでしょうか。ちなみに私は、カラス万歳！他は×な、よくいるオペラフリークではありません）このCDの私を泣かせてください（Lascia Chi'o Pianga）はヘンデル・リナルドの中盤のアルミレーナ役のアリアですがサラの声自体は力強く澄んでいて綺麗なので、ヘンデルのアリアの美しさとあいまって、良くは聞こえますがこのアリアで感じる、侘び寂び的な「はかなさ」「諦観」を感じられないのです。それぞれの曲を、このCDの中の単発曲として、サラの声に酔うためのツールとして捉えるなら何も問いません。曲による感動の違いはあれど、サラの「全く同じ」ような熱唱を全１５曲通して聞き通す感が否めません、そのため限りなく星５に近い、星４です。 |
